Recruits-Please read this before you accept a /ginvite from us:

Guild direction- We are moving to a more traditional guild role. This means we are raiding and we are doing pvp so there will be expectations. We have the chance to tackle end game content and be in the top tier for pvp by working as a cohesive untit. We have a good group of people who I think can do it. I want to be in the 25 man instances on our own. I want to be on the top of the pvp charts. I think we can get there.

Expectations- You should be involved in Guild scheduled events. I don’t want to say mandatory, because I don’t think I should force people to raid. However the new DKP system will allow me to track people’s involvement in the guild. FNG’s will now be required to collect a certain amount of DKP in order to rank up. If they don’t they will be removed from guild for lack of involvement. However, there will be exceptions; If I see you leading PVP groups on a regular basis, or play times don’t allow you to raid, or you have certain known agenda’s you are trying to achieve, you will get a pass. Not everything is set in stone. But this will be rare.

Going into the expansion, I would like to find a core group of people who want to achieve what I want to achieve and move in that direction. People who don’t support these ideals can find a guild that is more suitable for them, no hard feelings. Any and all suggestions are always taken. If you have a complaint, try and have a suggestion to remedy it.

After reading this, if you still want to join RB, please submit an application to the guild site. After receiving your password, post to the 'New Recruit' forum. Check your thread in the forum often for updates. We'll take it from there.

ALL Guild Applicants MUST post in the New Members forum. Make your post as useful as possible. Include your class/level, why you want to join the guild, AND whether you have the guilds addon requirements or not. If you do not post these items you will need to (1) repost with the information (2) take more of your/our time.
